Executive Overview & Licensing Philosophy

The Beat Licensing Terms & Leasing Agreement governs the commercial and non-commercial usage rights of all instrumental compositions created, produced, and distributed by executive producer, lead sound architect, and mixing engineer Magical Hakeem (HAKENON BEATS), operating under parent corporate entities BEGE Empire, Black Empire Group Entertainment, and Black Empire Gang Entertainment.

Every instrumental host on magicalhakeem.com and magicalbeats.com is a protected, copyright-registered musical work. When purchasing a beat from our official store, you are acquiring a specific, non-transferable license to record your vocal performance over the instrumental and distribute your new song in accordance with the exact licensing tier selected.

Tiered Licensing Options & Streaming Limits

We offer structured licensing tiers to accommodate independent recording artists, established music acts, film scoring projects, and corporate brand campaigns:

A. Non-Exclusive MP3 / WAV Lease (Standard / Premium Tier)

• Audio Files Delivered: Tag-free High-Quality MP3 and/or 24-bit WAV file.

• Streaming Allowance: Up to 100,000–500,000 cumulative audio streams across digital service providers (Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, YouTube Music, etc.).

• Distribution Limits: Limited physical CD/Mixtape sales (up to 2,000 units).

• Performance & Radio: Non-profit live performances and local non-syndicated radio airplay.

• Ownership: Magical Hakeem retains 100% full master and underlying composition copyright. The instrumental remains available for licensing to other artists on the store.

B. Trackout / Stem Lease (Unlimited Tier)

• Audio Files Delivered: Tag-free High-Quality MP3, 24-bit Master WAV, and Full Trackout Audio Stems (individual drum tracks, basslines, synths, melodies, and FX for precision mixing).

• Streaming Allowance: Unlimited audio streams across all DSPs.

• Distribution Limits: Unlimited physical product sales and digital downloads.

• Broadcasting & Live Sync: Unlimited commercial live performances and commercial broadcast radio play (including syndication via BEGE Radio).

• Ownership: Magical Hakeem retains master ownership and underlying composition copyright. The beat remains available for licensing until an Exclusive License is executed.

C. Exclusive Ownership License

• Audio Files Delivered: Master WAV, MP3, Full Audio Stems, and executed Exclusive License Contract.

• Streaming & Rights Scope: Unlimited commercial streaming, unlimited sales, full synchronization clearance (Film, TV, Video Games, Commercials, Fashion Shows), and global distribution without ceiling.

• Catalog Removal: The instrumental is immediately removed from magicalhakeem.com and magicalbeats.com and will never be leased to another party.

• Copyright Transfer: Complete assignment or co-ownership of master recording rights, subject to standard producer publishing splits.

Producer Credit & Split Sheet Requirements

To ensure full compliance with international copyright law and Performance Rights Organizations (BMI, The MLC):

• Written Credit: All releases (digital uploads, physical media, social media, music videos) utilizing production from Magical Hakeem / HAKENON BEATS must include unambiguous producer attribution in the track metadata and description fields:
  "Produced by Magical Hakeem" OR "Prod. by HAKENON BEATS"

• Publishing Splits: For all leased compositions, Magical Hakeem retains a 50% Writer/Producer Share of the underlying composition. Split sheets must be executed prior to commercial release and submitted to appropriate PROs (BMI / The MLC).

Unlicensed Usage, Ripping & Infringement Enforcement

• Tag Removal & Preview Usage: Downloading, ripping, or recording audio from beat previews, tagged streams, or YouTube showcases without purchasing an official license is strictly illegal.

• Content ID & Copyright Takedowns: BEGE Empire actively enforces automated digital footprint monitoring via YouTube Content ID and DSP audio fingerprinting. Any unauthorized release utilizing Magical Hakeem's beats will face immediate digital takedown notices, royalty monetization blocks, and potential statutory damages.
