B. Beat & Production Licensing

• Non-Exclusive Leases & Exclusive Ownership: Purchasing beat leases or custom production rights via magicalbeats.com or magicalhakeem.com grants the buyer specific, non-transferable rights governed strictly by the executed License Agreement associated with that transaction.

• Prohibition of Unlicensed Usage: Downloading, ripping, or recording beat previews, audio streams, or background tags from our sites without purchasing an official lease or acquiring written clearance is strictly illegal and subject to immediate copyright takedown and legal enforcement.

• Producer Credit Requirement: Any commercial or non-commercial music release utilizing production created by Magical Hakeem / HAKENON BEATS must include full written credit (e.g., "Produced by Magical Hakeem" or "Prod. by HAKENON BEATS").

C. Soundkits, Presets & Sample Libraries

Purchasing soundkits, drum kits, or sample packs grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable user license to incorporate the audio elements into original musical works. Re-selling, re-bundling, sharing, torrenting, or redistributing raw audio samples, presets, or stems is strictly prohibited.

E-Commerce, Digital Store & Merchandising Terms

A. Orders, Products & Digital Deliveries

• Digital Downloads: Beat leases, soundkits, mixing templates, and digital media are delivered instantly via automated download links upon confirmed payment. All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access links have been generated.

• Physical Merchandise & Custom Apparel: Orders for physical apparel, streetwear, and custom footwear placed via begeshop.online are subject to stock availability and standard fulfillment schedules.

B. Pricing & Payment Processing

• Currencies & Methods: Prices are displayed in applicable local and global currencies. Supported payment methods include MTN Mobile Money, Direct Bank Deposit, and major Credit/Debit Cards.

• Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify prices for beat leases, merchandise, services, and soundkits at any time without prior notice.

C. Returns & Exchange Terms

Exchanges or store credits for physical merchandise are available exclusively for damaged, defective, or incorrect sizing items reported within 14 days of order receipt. Clients must contact infos@magicalhakeem.com with proof of purchase and photographs of defective items.

User Conduct & Acceptable Website Use

By using our Websites, you agree NOT to:

1. Use any automated scrapers, bots, data mining tools, or unauthorized scripts to extract audio files, beat previews, product information, or text content.

2. Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, tags, or proprietary branding attached to audio files or digital assets.

3. Upload, transmit, or introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code to our web servers or integrated payment infrastructure.

4. Impersonate Magical Hakeem, BEGE Empire executives, roster artists, or staff in any digital communications or commercial ventures.

Submissions, Radio Airplay & Student Enrollments

• Music Airplay & Demo Submissions: Submitting audio files for BEGE Radio rotation, A&R review, or blog coverage does not guarantee broadcast or release. By submitting music, you warrant that you hold 100% legal authority and clearance over the submitted audio and underlying compositions.

• BEGE Music Academy: Enrollment in our online masterclasses and Google Classroom cohorts is governed by student conduct rules provided upon acceptance. Course materials, video lessons, and assignment templates may not be re-sold or publicly distributed.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• "As-Is" Service: Our Websites, digital downloads, streams, and physical products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Magical Hakeem, BEGE Empire, Black Empire Group Entertainment, Black Empire Gang Entertainment, or their executives, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Websites, beats, soundkits, or physical merchandise.
